Refund policy

1) Before work starts

If we haven’t started composing yet (brief not confirmed/no draft), you can receive a full refund.

2) After delivery

  • If the delivered file is technically corrupted or doesn’t match the plan description, we’ll fix or refund.
  • Due to the custom creative nature, refunds for taste/preferences aren’t provided. Revisions per plan are included.

3) Duplicate/unauthorized payment

Refunded upon confirmation. Contact info@mysong.am.

4) How to request

  • Email info@mysong.am with your order ID (order_id or Stripe session_id).
  • We respond and resolve within 1–3 business days.
