1) General
MySong.am (the “Service”) creates personalized songs from your brief. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms. For inquiries: info@mysong.am.
2) Ordering process
- You provide recipient/occasion/style/language (the brief).
- You pay via Stripe Payment Link.
- You receive an mp3 and (per plan) a QR/link.
3) Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown in AMD and may change.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; your bank may convert currency.
4) Rights & license
- You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered song for personal and commercial purposes (ads, socials, events) without additional royalties.
- You may publish, reproduce, adapt and edit, subject to applicable laws (no unlawful/hate content, etc.).
- The Service may use anonymized excerpts as portfolio/showcase. If you object, email info@mysong.am and we’ll opt you out/remove.
- You warrant you won’t submit third-party copyrighted lyrics/scores/marks without rights; otherwise you assume responsibility.
5) Delivery & revisions
- Typically minutes; subject to load.
- Revisions are as per plan; extra edits may be billed.
6) Refunds
See /en/refunds/. In short: full refund before work starts; after delivery only for technical error or duplicate payment.
7) Privacy
